This was one of the most emotionally nuanced projects I’ve led. I developed the brand identity, tone, and website for Funeral Service Hub—a platform aiming to simplify funeral planning during life’s hardest moments. My role focused on clarity, empathy, and usability. From the tagline to the user journey, I worked to create an experience that felt comforting, transparent, and easy to navigate. I partnered closely with designers and developers to ensure the tone stayed human, not transactional.
